Course Description

The one-day sales training course distinctly articulates and demonstrates the rules of the modern sales game. You'll learn about customer perspectives, strategies for engaging new clients, methods for qualifying and closing deals, and delivering value. You will acquire tactics to execute effectively to improve client outcomes and sales performance. COURSE PROGRAMME A one-day course consists of five modules and is followed by 4 x 1 hour sales coaching meetings with the course attendees to help deploy the newly learned skills. Modules: 1. Modern selling - Better understand your customers, their expectations and decision process. Know what they value, and why 'relationship building' is hurting performance. 2. Prospecting - Learn a process that includes how to construct an outbound call and/or email that gets a response 3. Qualifying the opportunity - No client has 'budget' nor cares about how good you are. Learn how to focus your resources where you have the best chance of winning. 4. Proposing - Learn to identify where the customer is in their buying cycle and what actions both the salesperson and the customer could/should be taking. 5.
